TACOSIt is believed that tacos originated with an Aztec king, Moctezuma, who was believed to use the tortilla as a spoon to hold his food. In 1908 in the state of Morelos, Mexico, tacos starting emerging once again. In the 1950's in the state of Tlaxcala, people starting selling baskets of tacos. Dozens of taqueros (taco makers) would ride bikes
